Puppy Application

PUPPY DEPOSIT & PLACEMENT POLICY

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2027

A $500 deposit is required to reserve a place on the waiting list for an approved Topbrass Retrievers litter. This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

All puppy placements are determined by Topbrass Retrievers. We carefully evaluate each puppy’s temperament, drive, and natural abilities to ensure the best possible match for both the puppy and its new owner.

Not every litter is suitable for every home. Certain breedings are specifically intended for experienced competition homes and may not be appropriate for families seeking a companion. Topbrass Retrievers reserves the right to determine which litters and individual puppies are available to each buyer.

DEPOSIT REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

If Topbrass Retrievers is unable to provide a suitable puppy from your approved litter, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or transfer it to another litter approved by Topbrass Retrievers.

If a buyer chooses to withdraw from the waiting list, purchases a puppy elsewhere or declines an appropriate puppy offered from their approved litter, the deposit will be forfeited and is nonrefundable.

Deposits are applied toward the purchase price of the puppy and are not transferable to another buyer.
